Located at The Forks Railside development in Winnipeg, FOLD was designed by AtLRG Architecture. While at AtLRG, Gimlet principal Brandon was managing its planning, design, construction drawings, detailing and consultant coordination.

Gimlet continues that involvement through construction, providing day-to-day construction administration in collaboration with AtLRG. This carries Brandon’s knowledge of the design into the work on site, supporting the builder and consultants through detailing, coordination and completion.
