Des Meurons 4-Plex is a four-unit multifamily project developed in partnership with B2K Builders. Similar to the Weatherdon 3-Plex, the project aims to address the "Missing Middle". The project includes two 2-storey units and two basement units, each with large sunken patio spaces or balconies. The design respects the residential single-family scale of the neighborhood while thoughtfully increasing density, contributing to more walkable livable cities.
